Course Syllabus

  1. TITLE OF COURSE: - CSE1721 - Dreamweaver II
  2. COURSE DESCRIPTION: One Credit Hour – Lecture. This intermediate course will give students the tools needed to continue designing effective Web sites using Dreamweaver 8. Concentration will be on expanding their knowledge of Dreamweaver’s design tools. Students should have a basic understanding of Dreamweaver 8, know the basics of using a computer, be familiar with the Internet and e-mail, and have access to Dreamweaver 8. Prerequisite: CS E1701 Dreamweaver I or permission of instructor. For each unit of credit, a minimum of three hours per week with one of the hours for class and two hours for studying/preparation outside of class is expected.

  10. METHODS OF ASSESSMENT: SCCC/ATS Outcome #1 will be assessed through students reading various articles from their text, the internet and magazines dealing with web design and applying what they have read to their hands-on projects.
